Nature of Digital Products
WSZN LLC primarily provides digital products and services that are delivered electronically and, in many cases, become accessible immediately after purchase.
Because digital content can be accessed, viewed, downloaded, copied, or consumed immediately, purchases are generally considered final once access has been granted.
General Refund Policy
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales are final.
WSZN LLC does not guarantee refunds based on:
- Change of mind
- Change of personal circumstances
- Lack of time to use the product
- Dissatisfaction with subjective expectations
- Failure to achieve desired personal, educational, professional, or financial outcomes
- User error during purchase
- Failure to review product descriptions before purchase
Exceptions
Refund requests may be reviewed solely at the discretion of WSZN LLC in limited circumstances, including:
- Duplicate transactions
- Verified billing errors
- Unauthorized charges verified by the payment provider
- Technical failures that prevent access to the purchased product and cannot be reasonably resolved
- Other exceptional situations where a refund is required by applicable law
Approval of a refund in one case does not create an obligation to provide refunds in future cases.

WSZN LLC will make reasonable efforts to restore access, correct technical problems, or provide alternative access before considering any refund request.
Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact WSZN LLC before initiating a chargeback through their bank or payment provider.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:
- Suspension of access to purchased products
- Termination of user accounts
- Submission of supporting evidence to the payment processor or financial institution
Subscription Products
Where subscriptions are offered:
- Cancellation will stop future renewals.
- Cancellation does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for previous billing periods.
- Access generally remains available until the end of the paid subscription period unless otherwise stated.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit, waive, or exclude any rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws grant a right to cancellation, refund, withdrawal, or remedy, those rights shall prevail to the extent required by law.
